Hi everyone!
Today we have watched a video where we had to solve the following question:
South Korea and Finlad: Two nations that have completely opposite aproaches whose students consistetly rank on top of the world. How is that possible?
First, I made a comparison about both countries:
In South Korea, students eats healthy food because its increases the concentration. Also, they have more teaching hours and you could have classes during all day. However, this increased suicide and for this reason schools closed at 22h.
In Finland, the school starts at 7 years old. This is completely different to South Korea, because there they have less teaching hours and less homework. However, teachers try to increase the creativity of their students.
To answer the question, I think that it is possible, because in both countries have very great teachers.
It´s to difficult become a teacher and they are very trained. In these countries become a teacher is more hard and important than a doctor or a lawyer. Moreover, teachers has more autonomy.
To end, both countries has less poverty and less diversity too.

Today, like all Tuesday we have continued working on the proyect. Today we have working very hard because probably the next week we will have to deliver it.

Hi, everyone!
Today is Monday 23th of October and like all Monday we had History of education. Today we had a debate about old and new education. We have seen a slide where we can see them esaly in six points.
After that, the teacher has put as a video where we can see the differents points of view of people from different places of the world (essentially eastern´s and western´s views) From my point of view, this class has been very interesting.

Hi everyone!
The last day, we have prepareda debate that we will have on Monday. The debate is about the differences between new and traditional history and we have to identify the differences in six points.
This debate, from my point of view is too important because it account for the final mark.

Today, the teacher has given us a text which tittle is "Overture: The new history, its past and its future". In that text we have to look for the differences between old history and new history. During the class I have found these differences:

Friday 6th of October
Today, our teacher told us how do the proyect correctly and the different parts it have to have like automatic index, introduction...
After that, the teacher put a video to look for the difference between qualitavive proyect and quantitavive project. After watching the video the difference is that a qualitative project ia about "why?" and a quantitative project is about "how?.
At the end of the class, we have to decide what type of proyect we are going to do (quantitative, qualitative or both of them).

The beginning of the proyect.
Today, as the teacher told us, we have gone to the computer room and we have started our projects. Some people have decided to go to the library, but my group have decided to search information on the computer. We have to search for information about the education in the middle age and in different aspects like aims, main authors, context...
We have learned the great differences that exist between our education and previous education and the great difference of methods.

The second day
During the second day, we continue the last activity was about how to show to the educational community the importance of this subject. We made three columns: ¿know?, ¿need to know?, ¿sources/resources?. After that, we put the answers in common. In the end, the teacher told us to make groups to do the project, and she told us that the next day we are going to go to the computers room.
My first day of class
Today, Friday 29 th of September I have started the university. During the second hour I have had "Historia y corrientes internacionales de la educación" and the teacher told us that we had to make a blog to tell to the educational society the importance of this subject. In this way, we have to tell what we do in this blog every day we have that class.
